I had a very disappointing experience at Pretty Nails. Before my pedicure started, I asked the owner about the price and explained exactly what I wanted. At first, I didn’t agree with the price, so I decided to get a regular pedicure instead. The owner then told me she could do the pedicure I wanted for a lower price and instructed one of the nail technicians to do it.
