I’ve seen Dr. Arora for the last 9-10 years. It is very difficult to find a dentist as proficient and caring. I first saw her on an emergency, when I needed an urgent, complicated procedure. She stayed back long after hours, and I could see that my well-being was the only thing on her mind. Since then, she has become my primary dentist, and has seen me for multiple elective and urgent procedures. I am a dental professional and i've endured the "care" of Dr. Arora in 2019. She was very rude. She wanted to place amalgam in my filling and I asked her to do composite instead, she became upset by this request. I also asked her to place a dental dam as she removed my existing amalgam and she refused. While I was numb, she was having a hard time placing the filling.
