I wanted to call and schdule an appointment and the lady who answered the phone, Ashley. Was extremely rude. Made me want to look for another Doctor. Decided not to continue scheduling. Worst customer service experience...
My labs came back with very low iron and ferritin levels and NONE has followed up with me… they only take the money without any care afterwards
Dr. Rana is very caring, patient, professional and knowledgeable of the medication she prescribed for her patients. Dr. Rana cares!!! Her staff is very helpful as well especially one particular staff member who is Ms. Ashley she is sensational, professional , caring, extremely helpful, very organized, kind and loving. Her staff is very thorough and helpful. Her office includes a full lab - patients don't have to visit another location.
