I can't give this place a 0 star? Worst waxing I have ever paid for! They use a metal knife to spread hot wax on you that burns you instantly. They don't even know how to wax properly, they just spread and tear the wax off in any direction that they want without looking how the hair grows. Everybody knows you spread the wax going with the direction of the hair growth and rip off the opposite direction of the hair growth. This causes the hair to grow back faster. The worst salon ever the receptionist was extremely rude purchased a Groupon and she wouldn't accommodate my Groupon never would I recommend The Salon to anyone rude rude rude!!!

This was my first Brazilian wax. She did ok but missed a spot. After I was finished, she told me that she would not accept my groupon and that she needed cash. Poor customer service and the waxing was uncomfortable. When she got finished with me friend, she didn't even change the paper lining on the seat, which is unsanitary. When I told her she missed a spot she argued and refused that it was true . Waste of gas, waste of money !
