I bought a grinder and was given a faulty machine, after repeated emails and phones eventually i was told to return the product and even after 3 months of returning the product, i am still waiting for the refund. I have tried calling on the number and apparently its always switched off and no one responds to the emails.

Oredered a mixer grinder 2 weeks ago and received a second hand damaged mixer grinder instead of a brand new one. Edited : They have sent a brand new replacement.
