I was referred to Dr. Ilangovan when my usual Doctor retired, and I'm happy about that. She actually listened to me and worked with me to make my treatment work. I highly recommend Dr. Ilangovan.
Dr. Ilangovan is the best; she is very knowledgeable and very kind and compassionate.
Patient Neglect: not at all responsive outside appointment and appointment are also 3-4 month apart, feels like unsupported and helpless as always ghosted by her clinic. Not a caring attitude from the staff. Does not pick up calls for over 1 hour multiple times and hardly replies to email - takes 7 -10 days for simple responses like lab order and the medication request
