Staff never answers the phone. It always sends you to voicemail. Heaven forbid you have an emergency and need to reach someone asap and they wait 24 to 48 hrs to return a phone call...if that. Being a cardiologist they need to do something about the staff. They take on too many patients to never answer phone calls.
My father Confided in Dr Jetty an about a month and a half ago complaining of his heart. Dr Jetty ran some test and told my father everything was fine, but 3 weeks later he had a heart attack and rushed to surgery with a 100% blocked artery and has been in the ICU SINCE! Dr Jetty even put in his notes that my fathers heart was abnormal and this was told to us from the doctors here in the ICU and Dr Jetty never ran more test or followed up with my dad even after a week after his visit my father calling back to his office stat... read more
