I love coming to Optimal Health fitness group class. The care and attention I receive from the staff is exceptional. I have been attending group classes with physiotherapist Bec, who brings such high energy and expertise every class. I love the sense of community she facilitates which makes coming each week an absolute joy. Highly recommend Bec as a physio.

I injured something around my knee from rock climbing (pes Anserine or poplioteus). It was a very specific area and super uncommon injury, but I was blessed to have been treated by Chong. After our session, we werent 100% sure what was happening and the pain was still there for the week. Fast forward to 3 weeks post treatment, the pain around my knee area virtually disappeared. His magical physio treatment miraculously cured my busted knee, and now I am back to 100% rock climbing power yay thanks Chong
Can not recommend Chong at Preeminent Physio highly enough. I came to see Chong about my frozen shoulder and I have been so impressed with the treatment I’ve received. I have had a frozen shoulder before which caused me years of pain and agony, however this time around has been a very different experience. Thank you so much for guiding me back to recovery. If you need a Physio in Eltham, give Chong a visit. I’m sure you won’t regret it.
I was in absolute pain from a serious fall. I was unable to drive,sit down or bend. Was on pain killers, vallium & thought my career was over as a Hairdresser. One session with Dr Chong I was back at work the next day and driving the kids back to school! Absolutel miracle worker.
