Zero professionalism! My home warranty set up a service repair for my garage door to be on Monday. Supposedly it was going to take 24 hours from him to reach out. I waited the 24 hours and he didn't call. I decided to call him the following 3 days until he answered on Wednesday. He had arranged to set up a visit that same day at 5pm and didn't show up.
