Avoid unless you enjoy chaos, scavenger hunts for your own money and misinformation when it comes to who is doing the work on your child’s teeth. I had almost a $1700 procedure planned for my child and ended up canceling the entire thing due to being told one thing and them planning to do another all while not knowing where my money is that I’ve prepaid. Absolutely impressed with the staff from the front desk to the hygienist and the dentist . Expressed my concern for mile to moderate anxiety with my child and her medical history having been worn at 24 weeks. Very thorough and asking about any lingering medical conditions or follow ups with specialist related to her severely early birth. My daughter absolutely fell in love with them! Priscilla was awesome! Dr. YU is a yes for us!!! Returning indeed!

Front desk will make or break a company! Which is unfortunate bc back staff really was great and nice. Front desk lady with glasses told me it would be a certain price even with my insurance. I told her I would prefer if we did only what insurance covered, especially it was our first appointment & haven’t even done xrays. She told me “well it’s your insurance, not mine”. I almost canceled and walked out the whole appt bc it was snarky, unnecessary and unprofessional. They asked if I wanted to reschedule I said nope, thanks!
