We unfortunately chose Rob as our builder. From the day the contract was signed the communication level was horrendous. Purchased a home from this builder, issues arose shortly after with loose siding and burst sprinklers that had never been drained. Took months for him to pay the plumber. Just as the 1 year warranty expired, I discovered a slow plumbing leak that had been dripping for months and caused significant damage. Builder refused to even acknowledge Now this builder constructed on an adjacent lot and damaged my existing fence.
