Everything was received well and operates well. When I was first looking I was concerned as to how much use the refurbished unit had logged, so called. I had other questions too - also responded to with service as needed. Having Wayne take the call and assure me of his inspection and the low hours on the meter, I sent a check and you shipped promptly - supplying me a tracking code once paid. Thank you!
It is amazing when they are eager to sell you something and offer all these promises about the equipment. I purchased equipment that they said was in working condition (wrong) and when i called with issues they blew me off, said they would call back, never did and never responded to emails. They charge top dollar for equipment they don't test or stand by. Obviously they only have sales people with no conscious and they don't care about customer service or repeat business
