Bad experience I just recently had there. Was told twice on 2 different appointments to come in for 930 am. Both times I waited outside until 10:15 am. After telling them wat time I was told to come and how long been waiting for. I received nothing bout attitude back basically trying to tell me Noone told me to come in at that time. Then trying g to get Mad at how bad my hair looks and complain about how long it's gonna take. With the employees constantly yelling and screaming back and forth. I mean no professionalism at all... read more

if I could I would give them more than 5 stars. I went in twice once for twist then for plaits. both times were awesome the woman who did the plaits did a really good job. definitely the spot to get your braids done.
