Was initially skeptical due to the reviews but nonetheless I was looking for a Jamaican braider and was willing to try. Dahlia booked my appointment and was very friendly and responsive. Terry-Ann braided my hair and she was absolutely amazing .She was waiting for me at the salon way before my appointment. She's knows how to braid and style and layored my colors. She did my hair under 5 hours and it was done very neat for a reasonable price. Definitely will be going back!!!! A yaso nice 👌🏾

Bad experience I just recently had there. Was told twice on 2 different appointments to come in for 930 am. Both times I waited outside until 10:15 am. After telling them wat time I was told to come and how long been waiting for. I received nothing bout attitude back basically trying to tell me Noone told me to come in at that time. Then trying g to get Mad at how bad my hair looks and complain about how long it's gonna take. With the employees constantly yelling and screaming back and forth. I mean no professionalism at all... read more
