I loved this place when I first moved in, but the feral children that run through the courtyard unsupervised for 12 hours a day make it pretty unbearable at times. They destroy the Landscaping, leave trash everywhere and even pee on things outside. One of them spit on my front door and the mother didn't even clean it up or apologize. Lived here for a year and a half. Neighbors are all loud playing music and having big dogs run around upstairs until 3-4am. Roaches inside and outside the apartments. The upstairs neighbor apartment leaked into our twice. Had mold ruin a bunch of VNDS Jordan’s and nice clothes they never paid to replace any of it, that alone cost thousands.
