I cannot say enough good things about the service at Precor, particularly with Ken, and of course the excellent product. To begin, I tend to be a picky and probably frustrating customer, as I had a hard time deciding on whether or not to make a big purchase like this. I was going between The 427 and the 447 elliptical.
