I cannot say enough good things about the service at Precor, particularly with Ken, and of course the excellent product. To begin, I tend to be a picky and probably frustrating customer, as I had a hard time deciding on whether or not to make a big purchase like this. I was going between The 427 and the 447 elliptical. Being the awesome salesman he is, Ken actually talked me out of the 447 (the more pricey one) because he did not feel I needed to spend $ on the extra bells and whistles.
