Very slow company, your appointment means nothing. Got there at 9am left 12pm
usually dont put out these reviews, but decided i would after the receiver here helped me out big time. i had to get rescheduled from 0800 to later in the day on a friday due to maintenance delay that i informed the broker about thurs around noon. told broker eta 1330 after repairs about 5hrs away friday morning. they said cutoff was 1500 and wouldnt be an issue. when i arrived around 1336ish? the receiver didnt even expect me to be there and said cutoff was 1200 and i wasnt even shown as scheduled til monday 0800. the super... read more
Here last week, I arrived late after 4 pm. They unloaded me super quick. I believe they're trying to improve their service amongst drivers, and it's greatly appreciated.
Overall experience was excellent I was in doubt after reading old reviews as I was 1 day early for appointment but they said after appointment trucks we can u load you and they kept their words and I was lucky as no one was ahead of me in total 45 mints IN/OUT including untrapping out side inside only 5 mints I really thanks to the management Shipping/receving office is on Meadows way
