***HIGHLY RECOMMEND**** Ed and staff are absolutely phenomenal. I was on vacation with family a good 3 hours from home when my glasses broke. ( I'm extremely blind without my glasses or contacts which I had neither of) My sister recommended precision vision to me as they had helped her out of an emergency situation before as well. I called them in the morning and had an appointment that day and they were able to get me set up with an eye exam and a new glasses with in 24 hours. Today was my second time going to precision vision in Townsend. Both experiences have been so wonderful. The woman who is typically at the desk is incredibly kind and patient with every client that comes in. Over a year ago the gentleman who did my eye exam was so knowledgeable. And today , the gentleman (who I believe is the owner of the business) was just as wonderful. I needed new glasses and the first pair he picked for me was perfect. I recently visited Precision Vision to replace lost glasses, and I was thoroughly impressed by the experience. Ed was incredibly friendly and professional, making me feel welcomed from the moment I walked in. They had a great selection of frames, catering to all styles and needs, and Ed was exceptionally invaluable in helping me find the perfect pair of glasses. My new frame and temporary lenses were ready in 45 minutes. My transition lenses had to be sent out and arrived a week later, as promised. All in all, great experien... read more
