I purchased a house this year with the furnace being installed by precision. Come to find out it was installed incorrectly and it's causing my heat strips to burnout prematurely. Plus less than half the needed air is going through the system. They have foam insulation all over the place and it's covering some of the air vents inhibiting the air flow. It's a complete cluster you know what. I hired a crew to correct the problems. It's costing $2500! Thanks a lot Precision.

My family had a no cooling issue on Saturday night at 8 pm. I called their office and was promptly answered and a technician sent out at 9 pm. Nate came out and saw the 2 problems and said he would be back out tomorrow (Sunday) and he was at 9:45 am, with the items he needed to fix it. He was polite, honest and experienced. He was through by noon with problem solved. We've used Precision Unltd for over 30 years. They are the best! Oh, and no charge! #1 in Customer Service! I won't use anyone else.

Heath diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired our a/c unit then ensured it was working properly and efficiently. I appreciate his professionalism and that of Precision for taking care of us in a timely manner. Precision is the only company I trust working on our system and they give a military discount. Thanks again for everything.
