Excellent, knowledgeable mechanics who actually care about taking care of their customers. They communicate very well and take pride in doing a job correctly to the first time. The mechanics here took extra time to explain the issues my vehicle had in terms that I could understand. They consistently communicated with me. If you want a great job done, visit this shop!
Hands down! This is the best location to take your car. The manager, Edward, is very honest, competent and patient. I am so glad that I had a horrible experience at their Knox Abbott location because I probably would have never contacted this location. I can't express my thanks enough for Edward! This man deserves to be elevated to DM as he is super knowledgeable and proactive about assisting his customers. I have no complaints with him or his store!
