I absolutely LOVED my experience at this shop ! They offered me some coffee and tea and gave me the remote to the television so that I could watch anything I wanted to entertain myself while my car was being serviced ! Super friendly staff member Terry was amazing !

If you want great customer service, the job done right the first time, at a reasonable price. These are the mechanics you need to see. I prefer them over Kraft for my 2013 nissan sentra.
This is One of the Good Ones still left in Austin Tx!!, Highly-rated!, Highly Recommended! Honest!,only fixes what needs fixing, they don't try to sale you extra work on your vehicle that doesn't require fixing to make more money off you like the other automotive places here in Austin, 5☆s People!, so go see Jason the new owner of this Precision Auto Tune on West William Cannon Blvd he'll treat you right! Not sure what’s going on with all the negative reviews (must be how old they are) but these guys are top notch! Every time I’ve brought either my mother in laws 09 Toyota Corolla, to my wife’s Mercedes or my f-350 turbo diesel (my baby) they’ve charged me accordingly, always made sure I understood what was happening and most importantly they show you what’s getting replaced and even offer for you to take the old part. As frank would say “it’s a new Christmas ornament”.
A couple of months ago, I had the front right half shaft replaced on a 2010 Honda Civic. Shortly after, I took it back because my transmission was acting up. Chris, the manager at the Charlotte Pike Precision Autotune reccomended I take it down the street to a transmission shop. The mechanic at the transmission shop, Ray, replaced the front right half shaft with the CORRECT FITTING half shaft and also replaced a seal. This place is a joke. Spent nearly 1000 dollars on a (overpriced) break job in which they, "supposedly" topped off all my fluids and did diagnostics. The next day my radiator is leaking, I have NO fluids and my car was overheating. I have since taken my car to a real mechanic and they told me that my radiator was either blatantly sabotaged, or that it was EXTREMELY careless on the mechanics part.
