This place ain’t worth giving a penny too
A friends father. FYI.......Don’t let your elderly family members go to PRECISION TUNE on Pamplico Highway to have their vehicle tires rotated alone. My 88 year old father went to have his tires rotated on his truck and they told him he needed his transmission fluid changed also. His bill ended up being nearly 200.00 dollars. He didn’t have that much cash on him and they would not take his check. He had to walk to Citizens bank on Pamplico Highway to get cash. Thank you Shirley Green for taking him back to get his truck.
I took my car here for a AC check. Never again. My AC wasn’t blowing the coldest but it was cool. When I left from this location, my check engine light was on and my AC is now blowing heat. NEVER AGAIN. Stay away from this location. I do not recommend.
I usually work with JT and the guy that owns it, and I have experienced nothing but great customer service and never had a problem with none of my cars. However, this morning when I went…Bailey had the worst attitude ever! I don’t know what her problem was and don’t care to know, but it cost them to lose a customer and I no longer wanted to get an oil change because of that. The lady at the front desk and the guy who I think is the manager are both RUDE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. They have prices posted but want to charge you whatever they want to charge you. Also said they weren’t going to warranty any of the work I needed done because it’s not what they recommend. THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST. The corporate office will be getting a phone call from me TODAY!!
went in for an oil change before a road trip, half way into the trip low oil light comes on. (at least 2 quarts short and no oil cap on the engine)
To the nice lady with the blonde hair i recommend anyone to go see her my car was repaired in timely manner due to my hectic work schedule I was able to get my car before work Thanks Mrs.Bailey
shoutout to precision auto care for messing up our ONLY transportation. came in to take care of some plugs & wires (EASY!!) come to find out, now our car WONT GO OVER 20 MPH (anyone who knows our car, knows it goes to 80 in about 5-6 seconds) and SMOKE is coming out of the transmission & gears into our car. gas is sucking out, went about 5 miles on $10 when a full tank costs us $30 and gets us about 150 miles.
