took my no issue vehicle came out with ruined motor. 2 months later still dealing with rude mgr. he calls me a liar and that I make things up. he doesnt understand I took a perfectly sound vehicle in for them to ruin he just calls me a liar. happened to another person also with ruined motor due to their neglegence. I would advice everyone to stay away from this shop and the self serving rude mgr.

DO NOT GO HERE. Worst oil change experience ever. My husband took his truck in yesterday for an oil change and paid for the "upgrade" to include tire rotation, fluid top off, as well as replacing the windshield wipers. After waiting an HOUR, they pulled his truck around and told him it was ready. He noticed right away they hadn't rotated his tires (bc last time he was there, they put one of them on backwards and it was obviously in the same place), but decided to let it slide since it was dinner time and he had already worke... read more

I was told I’d be called when my car was done, 2-3ish hours later no call, so I make the call myself to see if it’s done. They preceded to tell me yes, I go in pay get my keys...& get in my car..& it’s running!! So I go back in an ask when did they get done with it cause I was post to get a call an didn’t an blah blah blah he said they got done about a hr or so ago...SO MY CAR HAD BEEN RUNNING FOR AN HOUR CAUSE SOME IDIOT COULDN’T FIGURE OUT HOW TO TURN IT OFF!!!
