They did a tune up for my van. The work was done correctly, but be careful how they bill. I needed a simple tune up. Spark plugs, wires, and rotor cap. This generally is a couple hours of work and $100 in parts. To my surprise, they wanted to charge $700. They took the amount of time in the book for each task separately. Anyone who has done a tune up knows that if you are changing spark plugs, the wires and cap only take a few extra minutes. I watched the mechanic work on my car. I have been going here for wow 20 years I guess . Well yesterday was NOT a good day...went in around 4:45 and the guy said it would be 30 or 40 minutes and it was 2 people ahead me...so i smiled and said ok...Three others came in after me ...so more than an hour goes by and everyones leaving and hour and half now and he calls the last person b4r me and then says OH WE HAD TO ORDER YOUR FILTER IT WILL BE ANOTHER 5 MINUTES..my response was out of courtesy why didnt you tell me this b4r hand..
