I have been going to this shop for quite awhile now. I just got on Yelp to get website to see what offers are available, and noticed bad reviews! I gotta take up for these guys! Other than the wait time (which shows they're busy....hello? Is a shoddy shop busy?). These guys are awesome! I can trust them and know they are giving it to me straight, which is not always the case with an auto mechanic and a woman. I've never taken the time to write a yelp review in my life, but after my experience at this place I felt that I should share. My mother chose this place (precision tune auto care) to take both our cars to get the oil changed/ basic tune up, because of it's close proximity to where we live. Friendly & Dependable Service - hands down Any one can change your oil . . .but it takes a great group of people to bring customers back. Shawn, Francesco and the rest of the Precision Team are always fair in pricing and timely in getting things done to get you back out on the road. I have had them take care of changing my oil to working on my brakes. I trust them. They are always friendly when I come in the shop and Shawn and I often have conversations about the Sharks. These guys are great! Everytime I think I need any services Shawn and Francisco are honest and tell me whether I really need it or not. They remember what car I drive when I walk in the door and what services I have previously had without checking. We saw Shawn and his family recently at our local church festival and he took the time to come up and say hi and ask how my car was running...now that is awesome customer service!! We will definitely be a customer for a long, long time!

honest, fast, reasonably priced auto shop I use Precision Tune for my oil changes and other scheduled maint. They have a reasonable turn around time. They are fairly priced. They have been honest with me about what work needs to be done and what can not. I like them much better than the dealership repair shop I was going to.
