Extremely hostile environment, not very inclusive would never set a foot at that location or recommend it to anyone, basically run by racists.
The receptionist was very friendly. After my oil change was done, Richard - the gentleman taking care of my car - pointed out a few areas that would need attention soon. He did in such a way that left me informed but under no pressure to get those things taken care of right then and there. He could have just done my oil change and said goodbye, but he provided excellent customer service. If I lived in the area, I would come to this location in the future.
The staff is kind, knowledgeable, and always willing to help as best they can.
I love this place! With a few exceptions I have received oil changes at this location for years. The cost is great for what you get. I recently went in for an oil change, and was shown by one of the mechanics that my serpentine belt was in need of replacing as well as my CVS axle on my front tire. They pointed out the issue, and it was apparent that there were problems. I was given clear council on the necessity for the work, and was given a fair cost. I have to say, this place is the best place to come for an oil change or whatever you need. They don't try to get you to pay more for unnecessary upgrades, much like Jiffy Live always has with me. They take care of me every time, offer discounts to help me out, and I've been coming here for years. Hands down, I would (and have) recommend this location in particular to anyone who needs an oil change or brakes or whatever it may be. I'm definitely a loyal, happy customer! Keep up the good work, guys!
