Great service! I would recommend to anyone! I needed a tuneup on my car and they took care of me perfectly! I don’t know anything about cars but they didn’t use that to take advantage of me and got me in and out in just a few hours!
Horrible experience,I'm 65yrs old and have four things wrong with my heart . Just had a pacemaker put in and my experience with precision tune made me worse . It would take me at least a half hour worth of texting . The main thing is that they charged me over 10,000 to replace my motor. I only had the truck 2 weeks and the motor went. Luckily I purchased a additional warranty but unfortunately it only covered 8,375.00 leaving me to pay the balance. I did and lot of research and precision tune charged me more than the dealers... read more
They did a repair job on the motor. AC wasn’t working when my dad got the truck back. They said they didn’t touch the AC. YOU HAVE TO TOUCH THE AC TO REPLACE THE MOTOR. Luckily my dad does AC for a living and fixed it. They never connected back the wiring harness for the AC system once the motor was replaced. Embarrassing to say the least. If I could give 0 stars I would. Gouged my dad on the price too. They said they put a remanufactured motor verbally. Then magically it’s a rebuilt motor. Scam artists.
First off, an Employee from the Grease Monkey Auto Repair shop on Satellite Blvd recommended this establishment to me….GREAT REFERENCE! My vehicle was driving very rough because of a poor transmission replacement that was done by a different auto repair shop…I explained to Sam what I felt the reason was (low transmission fluid) and asked them check my fluid levels and top it off if needed.
