Thanks PTAC, for wasting 2 hours of my time. You quoted me a price of $23 and approximately 30 minutes for an oil change. When you finally pulled my car into the bay 2 hours later, my oil filter isnt included in the price. Not its $34 dollars. Had my oil changed there many times before and didnt need a super special filter. I wont be back.
My boyfriend and i(along with our dog) broke down in crest view on our way to vacation on SATURDAY at 3pm. We called precision 1 hour before closing but they agreed to take us in. After the new part was installed, the mechanics weren't happy with the results so they put the truck back up on the lift and fixed it. Great customer service and friendly people. Thanks precision!

This place absolutely sucks, I went to have my U joints changed and was told at 10 in the morning to come in at 1 , when I did I waited for 1 and a half hours while cars were going in and out, being a first responder I had a tone drop so I told her I had to briefly leave and she said she would leave my paper out there so I can come back and not have to wait again, I left and call was cancelled so when I came back they said it'd be a few hours then they said they can't do it today. These guys have been taking care of my 14 year old Toyota for about a year. They are honest, do good work and back it up. And more than once they have stayed a little late to get me back on the road. I would and do highly recommend them
I want to say thanks a million to the man who made sure all my tires were safe when I left yesterday. Only tire was messed but thank God they checked all of them because they were all lose. I felt feeling at ease. God bless those workers.

Took three hours of standing around to come out and tell us they couldn't fix my van!!! Over charged isn't even an accurate description!! Put in one spark plug and wouldn't even pull the van to the front. They pulled everybody else's car to the front but refused to do that for us.
Horrible customer service. Very rude and disrespectful. I would not recommend this business to anyone in the crestview area!
