Staff & Head Technician was informative and understood my needs. And nice guy who worked on my car showing me need for a new air filter & Oil Change. Gladly come back to Precision Jonesboro again thru out the years.
I have been going to precision’s for a long time now I love the service I get they’re friendly and they also have fast service get you in and out keep up the good work guys thanks again
Took my car her as i have been for the last 6 years and i will no longer deal with them if i ask for a diagnostic that’s what i need not a you tell me what’s wrong and the fix everything but what i mention and but had the nerve to say nothing was wrong got breaks done they scrub a week later and was told its due to the weather i rather pay Hyundai 1000’s before i ever step foot back in a precision tune
Lack of communication. I paid $1900 just to have the same problem. Drop my car off once again & still no update. I’m really upset & wouldn’t choose this location or recommend this location to anyone.
