First visit at this shop was my last .I usually use this company near my house.I was sent to this one because they provided a different service.Guy at counter nice.The help first of all you come in the waiting room just hollering that my back tires were to big for my car ,instead of talking directly to me. Then his rudeness comes back and says all of my tire sizes are different. Mind you this isn't my first alignment and all my tires purchased at same time. I have always been very skeptical about taking my car to the mechanic alone because I am a woman. However, I no longer feel like that since I have been taking my car to Precision Tune Auto Care in Jonesboro. The staff there really takes car of my car and they are a very fair, respectful, courteous and friendly group of people.
