I have been doing business with this shop for years. Today is the first day I had a problem but it was resolved to my satisfaction. My daughter brought in one of our vehicles to have the belt tensioner looked at. They charged a diagnostic fee which she paid. I brought the car back that night and dropped it off to have the work done. When I picked up the car the diagnostic fee was not applied to the repair.
