The worst tryed to charge my daughter $1000 to change a fuel pump got it done $600 by a reputable place
I just spent a grip of change and a lot of paid time off the get the wiper assembly repaired on my Nissan Sentra this past month... it literally just busted again. 🤬
my son took his car to have the engine temperature coolant sensor replaced so that he could pass his emissions test. instead of doing the work requested they replaced the temperature sender with the temperature sensor which caused his thermostat to stop working. when he took it back he was advised that he could pay again to have the correct work done and then pay to replace the part they replaced in error. got the runaround when asking to speak to management and given a non-existent number to make a customer complaint. extre... read more

This location does not honor their coupon/promotions! They are having a current special for a premium oil change for $27.90 and we were charged $46.10. I have been going to precision for over 10 years and this is the first time I was ever charged over the coupon price and it has left a very negative mark. Steve downs at this location had 0 concern that he was overcharging us and was incredibly rude.
Wonderful employees. They fixed major problems(new radiator, new waterpump, plugs,wires),, my warranty from dealership helped tremendously,this was back in November 2016. Confident that I'll come there again. Today I'm getting a new power steering pump, as it was leaking badly. They helped me when the warranty company wanted me to pay the $250. Deductible again, when after the first deductible was paid, all future deductibles will be $25.
Took advantage of my mom. They charged her $180 diagnosis fee for an emission waiver even though they new what was wrong. That's an abuse of the waiver program and an abuse of a senior citizen female who doesn't know any better.
Was not happy... they wanted to charge me $400 for a part and installation there, only out to get ur money...I went to the dealership and got the part for $78 and installed the part ourselves.. it was only 4 screws and 3 hoses. Precision auto tune is ridiculous!!!!
