This is a great location. Best customer service in all of albany. I've never had a bad experience and any problems I may have encountered were always handled with the utmost professionalism and in a timely manner. Stopped by today for routine oil change and serviced by Mr Craig. Craig took great car of my vehicle ensuring that my fluid levels were accurate. I went to Precision after a blown/ cracked head gasket. Ron did an excellent job of rebuilding my engine and made sure my car was functioning properly. As far as management, Jay was a trustworthy guy that kept me updated on the status of my car. He tried as best he could to work with me financially, as I was a struggling college student. Great work!
I was a walk in. I didn't expect quick service. But not only did I get in and out within 20 minutes. Willie the mechanic working on my vehicle noticed current problems that I got addressed and still out in a timely manner. Great service - I will be coming back!
