I have honestly gone to the same mechanic for 8+ years. When my car recently broke down and that mechanic was not an otion I did a little research and decided on Precision Auto Tune. Needless to say I was a little nervous however I know I made the right choice. Omar was very helpful and personable. Very efficient but didn't make me feel like he was rushing me through to get to the "next in line". I have already recommended them to a friend. Engine light came on and trouble shifting suddenly. Took my car into these guys early this morning... They drove my car checked everything out and told me my issue was due to my battery going dead yesterday(totally my bad, left lights on) after I jumped it I immediately drove it without giving my engine enough time to reset everything. They still check all my transmission fluid etc.. And for Free! Totally recommend these guys.. Professional and courteous!!
I've only been there once, for an oil change (which I had received free from a coupon), but they were very friendly, told us to make ourselves at home, and even called afterward to see if we had left my son's backpack behind (it wasn't ours). I had gone the day before when they were shorthanded and they promised to get me in the next afternoon no matter what and would complete it, which they did, and very quickly. I was impressed. The guys at Precision Tune AutoCare are awesome. They had me in & out in no time to get an Oil Change & Rotors put on. Prices are cheaper than most places in Austin. I will definitely come back thanks to new Manager Chris Campbell
