I went to get my Water Housing replaced they gave me a price of $429. Then, they called me saying that I had a leak on my coolant tank they charged me an extra $181, then they called me again saying that they flushed the system and they found that my Thermostat is messed up and had to replace that and the total cost was $840. I spoke to the mechanic tonlet him now how much psi did he flush the car and he said 18psi but the guy at the counter said they did it at 16psi. I took my car in to the Copperas Cove location for an oil change, and though I hit a bump in the road with Precision Tune and was initially quite upset, the owner came out of his way to rectify the issue I had. I feel that anyone willing to go out of their way to fix a mistake that was made, no matter how big or small, displays excellent customer service. I will continue to do business with Precision Tune Auto Care because of their great customer service.
