Not sure what’s going on with all the negative reviews (must be how old they are) but these guys are top notch! Every time I’ve brought either my mother in laws 09 Toyota Corolla, to my wife’s Mercedes or my f-350 turbo diesel (my baby) they’ve charged me accordingly, always made sure I understood what was happening and most importantly they show you what’s getting replaced and even offer for you to take the old part. As frank would say “it’s a new Christmas ornament”.
I came in to have them look at my lights, everytime I hit the brakes, all of my lights on my taillights would come on. They opened the hood and said that they needed to rewire the whole car and that it would take 4+ hours and that it would be around $400. And that was including a "generous" discount. I said no, went to another place, Midas, and they told me that the only problem was that my taillights had been installed wrong, FYI, the taillights were aftermarket. They took less than 20 minutes. RUN!!! I came in for a coupon oil change. The owner's son--Michael--showed me a gauge that PROVED that I needed a $400 plus alternator and it would only take an additional 1.5 to 2 hours. I left and took my car to another dealer. His printout-which I have-proved that my alternator is FINE. The counterperson was gracious enough to share that he had been fired from his previous position, but that the owner of this company==his father--said, 'don't worry, Mikey, you can work for me'.
