Took my truck in for a routine state inspection and when I got it back all my trucks hoses were hooked up wrong. One going through the engine belt causing it to get cut by the fan. Took it back and this time the hoses were hooked up differently this time. Also the hose with the cut was not replaced. Never going back again.
Great reliable service performed in a timely manner. I completely trust the team at precision to do a good job and I relay on their recommendations when it comes to taking care of my car. I would give more stars if I could!
Some of the people are know are telling me I got Ripped off. Had Spark plugs and wires replaced. About $320 for that. Labor was $121 in that price. Seems a bit high. Not sure though, you be the judge. And another $50 add to the bill for Diagnostics.
We have been taking our vehicles here for several years. Service is very good, as are the prices, they are fair. We have never felt that we were taken advantage of here and they don't try to sell you warranties or try telling you that you have other issues with your car that are in dire need of repair, unlike several other service stations nearby. The waiting area is small and no frills, but you are steps away from a Panera and a Sheetz. Your car is almost always ready when they tell you, save for an unforeseen issue. We wou... read more
