Terry was very helpful and informative about my car and the services that were done to it. I got an oil change with the works and Bobby noticed my belt was cracked. Terry and Bobby took the time to show me on my car to let me decide if I wanted to change it. I said yes and once they had the old belt off they showed me a major crack in it. Good thing too because I’m about to go on a trip this weekend! They were so friendly and respectful. I highly recommend them!
Precision Auto is the best! Their staff explain all repairs and maintenance needed-- which is a big deal for any person who may not be very knowledgeable about car repair. I have been with them for 14 years. Wouldn't go any where else.
This shop tried to screw me out of $3.2K tried to tell me my head gasket was messed up and needed to be replaced when all I needed was a coolant flush and a thermostat replaced which is around $200-250. They saw I was from out of town and being a young adult not thinking I know anything about my jeep, so they tried to screw me out of 3k. Didn't even bother to show me any of the tests the ran, claiming that they did them.
