If I could give 1,000 stars I would! My daughter is going to school at Lander, and I am 2 hours away. She had her oil changed at ANOTHER place, and within days, her car was leaking oil and rattling. She took it to Precision, and Tim was awesome! He told us that the other place had totally messed up the oil change, and he was worried about the engine. He cleaned up the mess, ran diagnostic tests, and had the car running great. Imagine my surprise when he told me there would be no charge! He said he was in the business to help... read more

I have had My Honda Odyssey worked on to correct my steering alignment. I was let into the facility 3 minutes before the posted operation hours...I am happy about that because it is very hot! July 8th, 2025. I was given a quote, and the final price came in under the quote! I am even ore happy! The manage, Mr. J. Poe, is very polite and professional!

This is the worst Precision Tune Auto I have ever used for service. I seriously don't recommend this place to anyone. Please don't trust your college children to take their car there for anything. They will lie and rip them off and take advantage of their inexperience. My wife and I have used precision Tune Auto for many years, but the shop on 7928 North Tryon St in Charlotte consists of a crew of untrust worthy people. This place is terrible.. $250 for for spark plugs on 4 cylinder. $350 for valve cover gasket. Had a check engine light on . Scanned fir#1 injector. They said they scanned it. Said I needed plugs and valve cover gasket. Since I was traveling thru, I said fix it.old plugs were not fouled. Oil leak...debatable.I left heading home. After 100 miles boom..light on ..same code.I had some tools..fixed the injector. Could have saved myself $800. Lesson learned. Avoid this place. I contacted them. Said manager would contact me. Auto mobile owners beware. I went to this location 11/01/2021 for state inspection. My Escalade 2017 failed the inspection. They said the needed struts front and rear, front wheel bearings and the list goes on, in total I spend that day $4500. Then Escalade had 48,000 miles. I went back today 11/01/2023 to another state inspection because I want to drive Uber. The Escalade has on 58,000, in two years I only put on 10,000 miles because I hardly drove it. AVOID THIS PLACE. They have very bad business practices and are not honest. Their corporate office doesn't answer calls and if they do call you back they are antagonistic, unsympathetic, condescending, and dismissive. Save yourself the headache of doing business here!
