the man that was there taking care of me was rude he was rude to another customer will I specifically asked for oil change only and they start trying to find other things that's wrong then he proceeded to give me my change and it was the wrong time so we had a dispute about that I would just say I wouldn't go back and wouldn't recommend anyone else going back
I dropped my car off at 10:30AM, they said they would give me a call within 4 hours when it was ready, I asked the guy if they had my number he showed me my number and said yes, they never called me I now have to miss work tomorrow to pick up my car...very unprofessional.
took car to get it aligned and from what I understood only had one maybe two ahead of me and was told it would be done within a few hours... well what I didn't know was a few his to them is all day long drooped it off round 945 am and its now 5 pm never again will I come here
It is always something whenever I come here. Staff is iffy at times and my floor mats are ALWAYS dirty when I leave. Every other place I have been too has put something down not to get stains in my car. They lie about times too. It’s ridiculous!
yall did an alignment on my car that wasn't supposed to be done with what's wrong with it. yall knew I needed a camber bolt kit and a toe, yall are the ones WHO TOLD ME I NEEDED THAT, why would yall still do the alignment???? I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
