Polite and attentive customer service. Clear explanation of the service to be provided and other potential services the vehicle needs now or in the near future. Repairs were provided as quickly as possible within the time frame that customer service said they would be.

I believe because I'm female they told me my jeep holds more oil than it does. It wound up being the same price cause of my coupon so I didn't bother arguing it more. They gave me someone else's ppwk and the other person got mine. We had the same jeep just different years. So we had each other's address and phone. Other than those issues they have been great.
