Was told that it would be 15 min. before the car was put on a rack .and it took almost an hour. Sign says 19.90 for an oil change, brought my own oil and filter and they charged me 20.00 anyway, however to be fair I did agree to that price Charged sales tax even though there is no sales tax on service work. Watched from the outside of the building and the Tech. put no oil in the filter before installing it. Went a few weeks back for a oil change and they told me other things they want to do. I passed on everything but oil change. But this week when I open the hood I saw they never put the oil cap back on. Luck it didn't fall off they should worry about doing the job right and not try to sell more then you ask for.

I went here a while back for brakes and was told that to turn the rotors it would be xx$ per axle by the manager, but when I went to check out I was charged double what was quoted which amounted to almost $100. and of course the manager was out on a test drive and unavailable and I had to pay it. so did he jump outta my car and into another and take off?? just saying.... I would not recommend this place to any of my friends.

Iam a return customer and this place is great better than ever. I went in to get my 91 cadillac repaired the prices were reasonable and the staff were very friendly I only spoke to 3 of the staff during my visit but was the main 3 of the shop 2 guys manager, mechanic who worked on my car and young lady which is the front desk. The repairs on my car was going to take a while so the front desk think her name was Lisa she offered to take me home verses a cab. I had my brakes done with an oil change and paid over 300 dollars. They put the wrong rotors on, they lost my hub cap. And I didn't want to go back to them for the third time to see about my rotors. Well I had to in order to not get charged again somewhere else. They originally said that those are the right ones. There are two types, one for 4 cylander another for a 6 cylander. I went for a tune up and oil change and they took from 1pm to close (6pm) on my car. I paid them $400 for a crappy job that had my car driving worst than when I first came to them. Do not go to these people.
