Great customer service. Jaz is great!!!
My mother had her vehicle looked at. After receiving a quote she decided to hold off. When she picked up her vehicle she had realized she forgot to take her cash out. So it was swiped. When she called and spoke to the woman in the office she told my mother the techs name was Jimmy Cole that looked it over. Needless to say she is out and we will never be using their services again.

About a month ago I had them replace the rear brake pads/rotors on my Jeep. I noticed about a week after the repair was done that I was having to apply a lot of pressure to the pedal to keep the vehicle stopped. I don't drive this vehicle a lot. I called up there and they said they would get back to me. Well, after no contact I call and go up there today for them to tell me I need a new master cylinder. I told the tech that this was not an issue until after the new pads/rotors were installed and should be repaired at no cost... read more

Precision Tune Auto Care came to my rescue when I accidentally locked my keys AND MY BABY in my car yesterday across the street from their Broad St location. The woman who answered the phone was so sweet and sympathetic and then not one but two mechanics helped me and I'm so so grateful!
