I had a great experience with Chris and Sarah at Precision Transmission. I would give them 6 stars if I could. Chris diagnosed the issue quickly, explained everything in a way I could understand. The work was done on time, and my truck has been running perfectly since. Sarah called me several times to inform me on any updates and issues my truck was having. I highly recommend these guys. Great customer service and great work. I definitely will be coming back for any future repairs or maintenance.

I was totally freaking out about my transmission. I put it in park and then it would roll 10 feet. It was making weird noises also so I figured a new transmission or a rebuilt transmission and/or a $4000 overhaul. I contacted several transmission shops and they said the same.
