Steve is rude and dishonest
With older cars frequently needing attention, Precision Transmission is always quickly available to give our vehicles the attention they need, and they never upsell maintenance. Precision Transmission is very personable, honest and reasonably priced. Highly recommend them!

I go there all the time for any issues with my Impala, an they do great service! I especially like the fact that when they tell you the price of something, that's exactly what you're going to pay lol. Steve an Ian are awesome!
Precision Transmission is by far one of the best in the area. I have used them many time, on many different vehicles including a fleet of cars/trucks for my company. They are extremely fair, knowledgeable, and only make the necessary repairs needed to Keep them on the road. I would recommend them to anyone, and will continue to go as they have never let me down.
They don't just do transmissions; they do everything and they do it well! The most honest auto service shop I've ever used. I take my cars there for all my mechanical needs. They're fair and most of all HONEST! Twice I've taken my car in thinking I had a problem and they checked it out completely, assued me it was fine and said 'no charge'! These guys are good. I'm always pleased with the customer service and how they maintain my vehicle at Precision Transmission. They've replaced a battery, a transmission, performed multiple oil changes and my car door handle. With the last, they ordered the correct parts and once identifying that the repair would involve some of the mechanics of my car window, they told me that they couldn't make that repair, but would have it done for me.
