Had a very positive experience with them. Car was fixed on time and on budget. They did not try to up sale me on anything at any time. I would very highly recommend this shop for work on anyone's car.
Had an emergency on a Friday afternoon in the middle of a 6 hour trip. Called Precision with what I thought was a transmission issue hoping they could help but thinking realistically this was a multi day problem. Precision told me I could bring my car, but they were unsure when they could look at it much less fix it. After unhooking the trailer I was pulling I had the car towed to Precision. If I could leave a no star I that's what they would get. We had an appointment on Tuesday July 30, 2024 to get a torque converter replaced, they asked us to drop the vehicle off Monday night. Tuesday afternoon my husband called to see if the jeep was done so we could stop and pick up cash to pay for the repair, sure the 3% charge you would incur if you pays with anything other than cash.
