Alicia was great! We arrived right as they closed after our friend was in big accident earlier in day. We were in a bind because travelling. Alicia waited for us to arrive, took us to the car and patiently waited as we offloaded all our stuff, Including critical medications! Thanks!!!!

My daughter was involved in an accident on the interstate recently. King and his rig were there promptly and he was able to assist with quickly getting my daughter and her vehicle off the busy interstate. During the short drive to the Precision Towing yard he explained how the insurance process would work to my daughter and upon my arrival King was a heck of a nice guy and patient while answering all my questions and I felt he did a great job!
