I had used the online consultation scheduler paid the at the time $35 for the consultation waited and waited and waited for no one to ever reach out to me. I sent several emails as well as called the salon once to receive no help. I also put a dispute in to get my money back, however it was denied so here I am over a year later out the money for the consultation. I still have not heard anything. It’s a shame consultation. I had a wonderful experience with Megan and highly recommend. First, I had a consultation after I ordered a very inexpensive hair topper from Amazon and went down the rabbit hole of researching toppers in general. I quickly realized I needed a professional! Megan helped me select a human hair piece with a bit of natural wave. When it came in, I returned for the styling portion. She dyed the piece as well as cut and styled. I couldn’t be happier.
