They "lost" all of my tax info when they sent it back to me in the mail. I sent it priority mail to them, so it could be tracked. So far they cannot explain why they have no tracking information when the sent it back to me. Literally all of my personal information was in this package of documentation. I stopped in May to inquire where it was-never got back to me with an answer. I have found another tax service since then and am disappointed for their lack of concern about all my personal info. being lost.
