I feel very fortunate to have had my eye surgeries at the Precision Surgery. Dr. Kung is an amazing surgeon: so skilled and kind and caring and always willing to take the time to answer any and all questions! This is Written by my grandma Mary who had this surgery: To the wonderful team at Precison Surgery Center of Napa Valley, thank you so much. I went under my cataract surgery on January 9th and they totally made my experience relaxing and made sure I was okay throughout the process. Dr. Kim really cares about his patients. I was having tons of Anxiety and the anesthesiologist held my hand to comfort me and said "you got this"! I Would 100% recommend them to anyone.
I was incorrectly billed for a surgery in Nov 2023 which has been acknowledged by their billing team after I caught the error but still no refund provided or follow up with the status of refund.
The surgery center is state of the art. I was very impressed with the care. Dr. Roe is an excellent surgeon. You immediately feel very comfortable with him. I would not go to anyone else he is a great surgeon.
