I was at the edge canceling this load but gave it a chance. Here for the pick up,came at 7am,i was the first truck. Loaded 2 coils, super nice and friendly staff. In and out less than an hour.
Dave Avey helped me in customer service and Brad Teague helped me with scheduling my truck to pick up a load. Within 15 minutes of calling Dave, I was all set for my pick up appt with Brad. Great Service.
This is the worst place I've been in 10 years as a truck driver.
I always leave cargo here and I always have a good experience, very professional and respectful, just remember to have an appointment and they don't have overnight parking, even if you see it you can't do it, but good service, thank you and blessings
Waste of time. Why you guys making appointments? I am still in the line ofter 2hours of my check in? Why do you need to train person on freaking Friday? We as truck drivers need get loads for weekend or go back home. So disappointed of this place.
