Completely incompetent people. You arrive early in the morning for delivery, and the workers are hiding among the coils, watching YouTube and Facebook. I personally went to them and pointed it out — they were watching videos while I had already been sitting in the bay for hours, unable to leave because no one was unloading the freight from the trailer. now i get it why people are so frustrated getting load from this location. i got in the same situation. i was there at 7:30am for 8am pickup and guess when i got loaded, i got my load at 1:30pm plus securement time 😒😒 best of luck if you come here

Fred in the receiving office was really cool and I thank him and the employees for unloading me quick !

Good morning, I was unloaded there. The appointment was for 10:30. I arrived there at 7:45, but the employee at the boarding agency was very helpful and gave me the opportunity to unload outside of my scheduled time. When it was 8:20, I was unloaded.
